I am Navin. I visited Helambu with my intimate friends in the occasion of Nepali New year 2074. Our trip started from Kathmandu to Malachi Bazzar by Bus and then we walked at about 5 hours to reach Kakani. We stayed there that night and woke up early in the morning, left that place and moved towards Sermanthang. After 2/3 hours of walking we reached at Sermanthang.Then walked towards Tarkegyang in the way we crossed Gangyul. After that we traveled Melamchi Gau by Bus from Tarkegyang. From Melamchi Gau we went to Tharepati it took at about 4 hour to reach there.We enjoyed a lot there by playing with the snow fall and natural beauty.Its been 3690 m from sea level. Then we landed down to Kutumsang which lies in Nuwakot district. Then After that we walked 3 hours from Kutumsang to Chanaute to take bus to travel Kathmandu.  Finally,our vacation was over and  we reached at Kathmandu after 4 days of trip was successfully completed.

The main aim of my life to achieve "Success". When I have joined college I think I am only one who can  not speak English language fluently and can  not express my thoughts and plans to my friends. Slowly as the time changes, I have learned many things that is very for me. Like accessing internet, traveling by Bus. I have faced So many troubles in my life. Because I was born in remote Village where there were not proper facilities of basic needs. Like Schools, Health Post, Transportation and many more. Naturally the place where I born was very beautiful and charming. Till now I have gained experience of hard work. The hard work makes every people perfect. There are different types of people in our periphery don't make all of them friend because they may not gave you sound knowledge. All people should not have positive thinking. उत्प्रेरणा हरेको व्यक्तिको लागि नभई नहुने आवस्यक साधन हो। यदि तपाई जीवन देखि निराश हुनु भयो भने गरिरहेको काम पनि राम्रो संग गर्न सक्नु हुन्न । आफ्नो कामकारबाही समय नसक्नाले घरमा, कार्यालयमा अथवा अन्य ठाउमा कलह निम्तिन्छ कलहले गर्दा कतिका घरै बिग्रिछन भने कतिले काम बात छोड्नु पर्ने हुनसक्छ। त्यहि भएर हरेक पल उत्प्रेरणाको आवश्यकता पर्दछ। यो दुइ प्रकारको हुन्छ । १. सकारात्मक उत्प्रेरणा २. नकारात्मक उत्प्रेरणा सकारात्मक सोचले सहि मार्गमा लग्दछ भने नकारात्मक सोचले जहिलेइ गलत अनि नकारात्मक परिणाम दिन्छ ।
